Golf course on Lake Oconee

Escape for Spring Break at Reynolds Lake Oconee

You might know about the luxurious planned community that sits on Lake Oconee near the Ritz-Carlton…but did you know Reynolds Lake Oconee offers short-term rentals? It is the ideal spring break escape!

Our family stayed in a gorgeous 1,500-square-foot condo, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large covered patio. Condos offer spectacular views of the award-winning golf course, breathtaking Lake Oconee or gorgeous wooded lots.

While you are visiting, there are myriad adventures for the entire family. Of course, there is golf — 117 holes over six magical courses — but there is also tennis, pool time, playgrounds, private beach access and more.

We were won over by the beauty of Lake Oconee. Families can bring their own boats or rent a pontoon boat from the marina for a day of relaxing at The Sandbar (the perfect lounging spot on the lake) or adventure at Jumping Rock, where families love to play.

Use the kitchen to make your own meals, but don’t miss brunch at The Landing, with an omelet station and delicious cinnamon rolls. Guests are also encouraged to dine at the nearby Ritz-Carlton hotel.
